 In-Kind Donations for 2009

Our 168 Film Project Team is supported by your tax deductible cash or in-kind donations. Here are some of the many ways you can contribute in-kind.

PLEASE EMAIL:  168@runofthemillproductions.org with any possibly In-Kind donation.

FOR-CERTAIN NEEDS (Not dependent upon script)

  • Food: Meals and snacks for cast and crew during production weeks, Feb. 19-26. Exact needs will be known when production schedule is finalized.
  • Catering for the Gala Premiere April 18
  • Frequent Flyer Miles or other transportation to California for team members to attend a training seminar and the Festival (two trips)

POTENTIAL NEEDS (Dependent upon script)

Materials and Equipment
  • Certain production equipment including “jib arm” or boom, cinematic lighting gear
  • Construction materials if set building is needed
  • Household goods, decorations and furniture to dress a set if needed
  • Consumable items including food if required for scenes
  • Vehicles for use as props
  • Vehicles for cast transportation
Locations (requiring permission from owner)
  • Furnished home(s)
  • Business office
  • Retail establishment
  • Restaurant
  • Research lab
  • Warehouse (working)
  • Vacant home or office locations
  • Empty warehouse or other large, quiet heated area (if space at UALC cannot be arranged)
  • Other unique or unusual setting that you would be able to volunteer

These potential needs are dependent upon the verse we are assigned, however in order to know what options we have in writing the script, we need to know what we have available. If you are able to make any of these available from Feb 18-23, please CONTACT US prior to February 6.  We will make arrangements to scout the location. We will probably know for certain what we will need by February 13 and will notify you as soon as we know ourselves.
